I can’t say enough about this place! There slogan of “ come is as a customer and leave as family” is True. Ms Mona found out it was our first time eating there helped us every step of the way, then as we were almost finished eating she personally walked out to us to check on us and see how the food was! Which it was amazing. I had a turkey and provolone melt on wheat and my daughter had a grilled cheese sandwich. The cookies were delicious. This place has history for sure after having a delightful conversation with ms Mona before we left as they were closing for the day! What a wonderful atmosphere!

We went in for lunch today and the food was spectacular. I love this little place. We had a pb&j, vegetable beef soup, chips, and two cookies. The employees are super friendly and do a great job! The owner said my daughter was adorable and wanted to hold her! I had to convince her to give her back. So sweet.

This place is super busy at lunch time but they get people in and out super fast! Wait time was about 5 minutes or so and the wait was a pleasure because there are neat historical pictures all around the restaurant. This is definitely a family gathering place and everyone feels welcome. The sandwiches are filling and the food is good and home made. The cookies are amazing and the tea is even better! The owner was running the show smoothly.

Mannnnn listen the environment and the people was so welcoming so fresh in the air. Now let’s get to the cookie that I done had the oatmeal cookie. Best cookie I had in my life! If I stayed 100 miles out I’ll drive at least once a week, no twice a week to grab me a dozen of those cookies. This is the spot to go to and not only that they have sandwiches as well that I heard is on the same level. Man stop playing and go get you some good auntie loving at the cookie shoppe!

One of the most enjoyable places to have lunch! The chicken salad was the best that I’ve ever eaten! I wish I had been in Albany longer to try other sandwiches on the menu! The homemade cookie was amazing ... again, I wished I had more time to sample more cookies! Thanks to the wonderful folks who worked there for making my visit a treat!

Good sandwiches at a good price. You also get two cookies as part of the combo deal, which were also great.

Great homemade food. The chicken and tuma salad plates are great with all the fixings and they have one of the best Ruben's in town. Great cookies, breakfast, and lunch. Soups are great, too. Give em a try!! We like to go about once a week!!
